We reserve the right to decline to provide services to any individual who does not meet our eligibility criteria or where treatment is not clinically appropriate. Providing false or misleading information may result in your account being suspended and could pose a serious risk to your health.
All prescriptions issued through our service are reviewed, approved, and signed by a GPhC-registered pharmacist prescriber. No prescription will be dispensed without pharmacist approval following a clinical assessment of your submitted health information.
We do not guarantee that a prescription will be issued following consultation. Our prescribers exercise independent clinical judgement in every case. It is your responsibility to ensure all medical information provided is accurate and up to date. If your health circumstances change, you must inform us before placing a further order.
Payment is required in full at the time of ordering. We accept major debit and credit cards. All transactions are processed securely. Prices displayed include VAT where applicable and are correct at the time of publication, though we reserve the right to amend prices with reasonable notice.
Your payment does not guarantee a prescription will be issued. If our prescriber determines treatment is not appropriate for you, you will receive a full refund for any unprescribed items.
Once your order has been approved by our pharmacist, we aim to dispatch your medication within 1 working day. Delivery is subject to carrier availability and cannot be guaranteed in circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including severe weather or carrier disruption.
Medications will be dispatched to the UK address provided at the time of order. It is your responsibility to ensure the delivery address is accurate. We cannot accept liability for non-delivery resulting from an incorrect address being provided.
You may cancel your order at any time before pharmacist approval and receive a full refund. Once a prescription has been approved and your order dispatched, we are unable to accept cancellations or offer refunds, as medications cannot be resold or reused once dispensed, in accordance with UK pharmaceutical regulations.
If your medication arrives damaged or you believe an error has occurred, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt and we will investigate and resolve the matter promptly.
The information provided through our service is intended to support, not replace, the relationship between a patient and their registered GP or specialist. We strongly encourage you to inform your regular GP of any weight loss medication prescribed through our service.
Weight loss treatments may carry side effects and are not suitable for everyone. Our prescribers will advise you of relevant risks during the consultation process. In the event of a medical emergency, please call 999 or attend your nearest accident and emergency department immediately.
We handle all personal and medical data in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018. We aim to respond to all data-related enquiries within 48 hours. Our full Privacy Policy is available on our website.
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
